Anyone who knows me knows I am an animal lover. I have a rabbit, a budgie, 2 doves, and a cat.
My beliefs about animals are as follows:
-No animal is ‘bad’, necessarily. They become that way because of their environment.
-Animals should always be treated with kindness, even if they have a bad attitude.
-And finally, animals need our compassion/help.
That’s why I raised my eyebrows today when I read about the ‘world’s worst cat.’
Now, I can take a joke. But this ad, in my opinion is awful.
Perdita needs understanding, not mean adoption ads.
What worries about this ‘ad’ is that it would draw the wrong type of person to adopt Perdita.
Maybe I’m overreacting, who knows?
